It is still supposed to hit a sweltering high of 91 degrees today in New York City. My parents have been in town for the past few days, so we have been busy seeing family friends, scouting out great coffee shops, and hiding in the shade. All Saint's... well, I have had my eye on them for about a month but yesterday began their summer sale so I couldn't resist. Also took a look at Opening Ceremony yesterday for a gift to bring to a dinner party (our hosts included to cute as a button four year old twins). My parents and I decided on little rechargeable "cow" and "penguin" French flashlights. Today we are walking the High Line, and going to a great Mexican Restaurant on the corner of Broome and Orchard. I love that little stretch of storefronts on that block, definitely something to check out if you have not.
